We strongly encourage researchers working on protein ubiquitylation to submit their own data to UbiProt.
If you want to submit information about a protein that is not currently in the dataset, please do the following:
1. Download this Excel form
2. Fill in this form with your data (please notice there are some required fields marked with "*")
3. Send the form to the curators via e-mail
We will check the submitted data and immediately include it in the current dataset. In some unclear cases we can contact the submitter by e-mail.
If you want to submit new information to the existing entry, you can either do it in the way described above or simply write a message to the curators.
Please also contact us if you find any errors in the dataset.
