Comments Activation of wild type PAR2 stimulates tyrosine phosphorylation of c-Cbl ligase and promotes its interaction with PAR2 at the plasma membrane and in endosomes in an Src-dependent manner. c-Cbl mediates ubiquitylation and lysosomal degradation of PAR2 to terminate signaling by this and perhaps other GPCRs.
